The roof gardens for this apartment’s development were designed considering the use of the space but also as a feature view for units looking at them from their balconies. The 450mm high planters provide not only soil depth but also a seating space for residents to enjoy. Consideration to the car park on the level below was taken with the application of necessary drainage cell to avoid damage to the slab by water and humidity action.
