Paul has over twenty years’ experience running the design company. He continues to develop, pursue and explore ideas with Clients, allied professionals and project teams. Extensively travelled throughout Australia, Europe, USA and Asia has informed his belief in the need to share knowledge, experience and work practices. An understanding of the social and environmental culture of each project location combined with a shared and defined vision is fundamental to project success.
Marcela Marques, Landscape Architect

Marcela has obtained University degrees and gained extensive experience working in both Brazil and Australia. Over the last five years she has been the lead designer and project managed significant projects, located throughout Melbourne ( Vic ) and Sydney ( N.S.W ), including large wetland projects, through to complex roof gardens for high-rise residential apartment projects.

Gauri’s design skills and project management experience, commencing from the concept phase through to post construction has been applied to a diverse range of high level projects. She has gained University degrees and project experience in both India and Australia and this allows her to bring a broad range of skills and cultural insight to projects. She is currently the design leader and project managing resort projects, corporate and institutional projects.

Since joining Hamilton Landscape Architects in 2009, Shujin has been contributing to a diverse range of projects at varying scales. She works closely with contractors, architects, civil engineers and government authorities to deliver projects from concept to construction. Prior to commencing at our office, Shujin gained experience in design and documenting civic projects in China. She plays a leading role working on our projects in China and liaising with our Chinese Clients.

Working and studying in India and Australia has allowed Apoorv to apply a broad range of skills, experience and cultural insight to projects. Living and working in Goa, India has further developed his knowledge and interest in resort and hospitality development. Specifically, his belief in utilising local materials, specific to site locations, combined with incorporating environmental sustainable design principles is fundamental to future development.
