This design is composed by hree significant landscaped areas within the development, located on the Ground Level, at Podium Level and Level 4. All three areas play different roles and provide a range of high quality visual interest and functionality. The key design principles applied to the landscape areas are as follows:
i) maximise the opportunity to utilise the outdoor spaces allowing a range of uses;
ii) provide a high quality visual experience to be viewed from a wide range of locations;
iii) integration between the outdoor spaces and the building design.
