The Landscape Mastreplan for this site made a major contribution to the award winning entry to this International Design Competetion. The open space and greenspace elements linked and unified the site. The major Landscape features include the central concourse, river edge, streetscape theme planting and open woodland planting to residential areas. These landscape features provide visual continuity to the site, whilst allowing the specific landuse areas (commercial, office and residential) to establish a sense of identity.
