RESIDENTIAL MASTERPLANMaplewoodResidential Estate Masterplan This 500.000m2 residential estate has as Wetland Park and an open space reserve as its main features. The entry avenue is composed by maple trees on the medium strip, giving a unique character to the development. The wetland park was designed to provide integration between residents and the system, with a designed mound with shelter to be a focal point, providing great views of the wetland, of the park and of the whole development.
