A three staged development including a Business Park, Shopping Centre and Residential subdivision which initially involved preparing a Landscape Masterplan for the whole site. Detail design, documentation and contract administration has been completed for the Business Park and Shopping Centre sites. Preparation of maintenance specifications and ongoing assessment of the constructed works has resulted in a high quality precinct.
